Ted Atchinson is Vice President of DPA Associates, Inc. He consults and presents on long term care issues regarding operations, Total Quality Management, survey compliance, physical plant, and information technology. He also provides project management, total quality management facilitation, and interim administrator services. Ted has presented on survey preparedness and the annual convention of the Kansas Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.

Mr. Atchinson is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and holds a Certificate of Nursing Home Administration from Kansas City Kansas Community College. He has a Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s of Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Ted is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and a member of the IEEE Computer Society.
